Abstract

SHORT REVIEW ON ULTRA PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY- RAPID SEPARATION TECHNIQUE IN CHROMATOGRAPHY

ABSTRACT

UPLC is a modern technique that provides new capabilities in liquid chromatography, particularly in terms of reduced analysis time and solvent consumption. UPLC refers to ultra-performance liquid chromatography, which utilizes sub-2 μm porous particles in the stationary phase to achieve high-resolution separations at increased flow rates and backpressures. <<3,4>> This results in faster analysis times, improved sensitivity, and enhanced peak capacity compared to traditional HPLC methods.
