OVERVIEW OF PRE - DIABETIC & PRE -HYPERTENSION IN YOUNG ADULTS- A CALL FOR EARLY INTERVENTION

ABSTRACT Pre-hypertension is an intermediate stage between normal blood pressure and hypertension. It indicates an increased risk of developing high blood pressure (hypertension) in the future. Pre-diabetes is a condition where blood sugar levels are higher than normal but not high enough to be classified as type 2 diabetes. It signifies an increased risk of developing diabetes, heart disease, and stroke in youngers the age between 18-35 years because of their sedentary life style pattern. Both pre-hypertension& pre-diabetes with risk to cause all mortality& morbidity in cardiovasular risk in early stage. Finally the purpose of this study was to early interventions for the risk factors to cause pre-hypertension &pre-Diabetes in the younger age both female& males.
