Dr. Arathy Menon and Dr. Preethi Mohan*
ABSTRACT Referring to the news published by National Institute of Health dated March 17th titled ‘New coronavirus stable for hours on surfaces’, it was mentioned that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) was detectable in aerosols for up to three hours, up to four hours on copper, up to twenty-four hours on cardboard and up to two to three days on plastic and stainless steel.[1] It is high time to conduct these sorts of studies and we would like to share a few thoughts from Indian System of Medicine.
