DIABETES MELLITUS: AN OVERVIEW

ABSTRACT

One of the non-communicable diseases with the highest prevalence worldwide is diabetes mellitus. A metabolic disorder known as diabetes mellitus (DM), also known as diabetes, is characterized by high blood sugar levels caused by insulin deficiency or both.
