FORMULATION AND EVALUATION OF COLD CREAM BY USING CLITORIA TERNATEA

ABSTRACT

Natural cosmetics demand is increasing because they are harmless, good convince and economical with good quality standard and acceptability cosmetics are widely used in both men and women to impart beauty and improve their appearance A simple formulation of cold cream by using natural ingredients. Natural products are widely used now days because they are easy and safe use with less side effects. Present study to formulate the cold cream by utilizing clitoria ternatea extract having anti microbial and fungal properties. Which replenish collagen and elastin and produce antioxidant skin shooting anti bacterial and astringent activities The natural cold cream is made with the combination of clitoria ternatea(Produce colour anti-bacterial, Anti fungal, Skin shooting)Almond oil (Anti oxidant property)Aloe Vera extract (Soothes burns and heals woods. The Prepared cold cream
was assessed for different evaluation test like physical properties, Spreadability test, Washability test, Irritancy test, Microbial test, homogenicity test.
