NOVEL TECHNIQUES FOR EFFECTIVE TREATMENT OF VARIOUS CANCERS

ABSTRACT

Cancer is a worldwide health issue, and its treatment has always involved many steps. We have covered the various forms of cancer in this overview, along with traditional cancer therapies including radiation, surgery, and chemotherapy. The innovative techniques employing antibodies against tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) can be tailored in many ways to improve their tumor selectivity. Because of their ability to kill cancer cells, photodynamic therapy (PDT), sonodynamic therapy (SDT), T-cell immunotherapy, and oncolytic virotherapy are anticipated to enhance the results of current treatments. We also address new developments in precision medicine, including patient stratification for combination treatment and the discovery of novel medications. This review aims to give a general overview of novel treatment approaches for different types of cancer as well as a current status report on recent developments and discoveries in cancer
treatments.
