MULTIPLE BIOLOGICAL ACTIVITIES, IN-SILICO ADMET STUDIES OF NEWLY SYNTHESIZED 2-(4-(ISOPENTYLOXY)PHENYL)-4-METHYL-N-(2,2,2-TRIFLUORO-1-(P-TOLYL)ETHYL)THIAZOLE-5-CARBOXAMIDE

ABSTRACT

A new chemical entity, 2-(4-(isopentyloxy)phenyl)-4-methyl-N-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-(p-tolyl) ethyl) thiazole-5-carboxamide was synthesized as new hybrids with enriched biological activities. The compound was characterized by 1H NMR and Mass spectral studies. Their anti-cancer, and antioxidant activities have been evaluated. These compounds showed moderate to good anti-cancer, and antioxidant activities. The ADMET analysis was performed in silico.
