A REVIEW ON ANEMIA- THEIR TYPES, CAUSES, SYMPTOMS AND MANAGEMENT

ABSTRACT

Anemia is a common nutritional deficiency disorder, which affects both the male and female in developing and developed. Anemia occurs due to imbalance in their nutritious food intake in everyday life. There are various types of anemia that are iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia, Aplastic anemia, Pernicious anemia etc. The common symptoms of anemia are fatigue, tiredness, breathlessness etc. the anemia can by treated by the proper intake of nutritious food in everyday life, the nutritious food include meat, vegetables, fruits etc.
