ABSTRACT

Pregnancy &child birth have great importance in womans life. Ideal outcome is full term pregnancy without unnecessary interventions, healthy baby healthy postpartum period .However this natural process turns into nightmare if a mother or a child have to suffer the complications of pregnany. Ayurveda, an ancient science has turned out to be most modern science by addressing current scenario pre& post natal issues long ago through its garbhini & sutika paricharya.
