A REVIEW ON ANALYTICAL METHOD AND VALIDATION FOR ESTIMATION OF BUPROPION HCL IN BULK AND PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION

ABSTRACT
The advent of bupropion hydrochloride sustained release has publicized a most change in another availability for smoking cessation pharmacotherapy. Bupropion is a selective re-uptake inhibitor of dopamine and noradrenalin which stop or diminish desire and other characteristics of nicotine removal. Bupropion is a use as oral and non-nicotine form of pharmacotherapy for smoking cessation. Bupropion reduces symptoms as well as increases weight and it is powerful for smoking cessation for people with and without a history of depression or alcoholism. Serious side effects of bupropion use are slight. The major protect matter with bupropion is possibility of seizures and it should not be advised to patients with a current seizure disorder or any history of seizures. In clinical trials of bupropion for smoking cessation
no seizures were submitted. Sensitive reactions occur at a rate of Around 3% and slightly adverse effects are usually including dry mouth and insomnia.
