ABSTRACT

A taxi, also known as a taxicab or simply a cab, is a type of vehicle for hire with a driver, used by a single passenger or small group of passengers, often for a non-shared ride. A taxicab conveys passengers between locations of their choice. The term cab derives from the cabriolet, a two-wheeled, one-horse carriage often let out for hire. The development of modern taxicabs closely parallels that of automobiles. The full form of CAB is Citizenship Amendment Bill. An operational-level agreement (OLA) is a contract that defines how various IT groups within a company plan to deliver a service or set of services. The name Ola was taken from the Spanish word "Hola" which says "Hello". So, by this, the owners want to say that their services are easy and gracious. Ola launched its services in 2010 and Uber arrived in 2013.
