ABSTRACT
The current review article deals with the estimation of various anticancer and antiviral drugs in bulk and varied dosage forms by advanced analytical techniques. Use of anticancer and antiviral drugs has increased during past decade to treat various cancers and viral diseases respectively. This has resulted in development of resistance of the drug towards the targeted cancer and virus. These drugs have emerged as a new challenge for estimation and validation in general and researchers in particular. There is a great need to develop simple, sensitive, precise and accurate advanced analytical techniques to estimate and validate the new antiviral and anticancer drugs that are approved by the regulatory bodies. In the present literature, we have gathered the research information carried out by the researchers to reach a simple, sensitive, precise, accurate, robust and economical
analytical method to develop the method validation the quantitative estimation of various anticancer and antiviral drugs in bulk drug and pharmaceutical dosage forms. These methods can be applied for releasing routine, quality control and stability indicating studies during initiation of the research work
